Hey dolls here are recent pics, I'm 5 weeks po now. I've decided to go back to Contreras for a tummy tuck revision since I hate my scar and I didn't get muscle repair back in 2010 because my doctor here in the US was an idiot. I'm also hoping to get more lipo n bbl. However, I don't want a huge butt just a tiny bit more projection n i also want hips.

My Review on Contreras and his Clinic.



I arrived in Dr at around 2pm and went straight to the cardiologist, who is about 15-20 minutes away from Plastica Contreras. The Cardialogist was a very nice gentleman with very antiquated equipment, lol. After I saw him we contacted Anetty, Contreras assistant to see what we should do since the lab closes at 4pm and I was scheduled to be first the next morning. She said the lab opened back up at 7pm and after Gianna spoke to her they agreed that it would be best for me to sleep at the clinic and were able get me a bed. So I arrived at the clinic and went straight to pay, ladies make sure if you give a deposit you bring the confirmation email because they will ask for it. After that I sat waiting to register, the girl before me was in there FOREVER filling out paperwork, while I waited for them to finish I grabbed myself  sandwich and a soda because I was on the verge of passing out not having eaten all day and it was already past 4pm, sandwich and soda came to $5. I finally went into registration and thank God I read Spanish because all of the forms are in Spanish and they have to translate every single one of them, which is why it was taking the other girl so long, I was in and out of there pretty quick. Went up to my room and took a shower got my blood taken at around 8pm and went to bed, woke up at about 6 am and was told I needed to go down to the Anesthesiologists office. If your looking to have your hand held you are in for a surprise there is no hand holding, which I am ok with since I am very independent and speak the language. I can only imagine how shocking and difficult it must be for you dolls that don't speak Spanish. I went downstairs asked for the cardiologist and waited to be seen. He was a very pleasant man and very very informative, my iron was only 12.3 because I was on the end of my period so he informed me if after surgery it went below 8, I would need a transfusion. After that I was sent back up to my room to wait and wait finally I got a call saying I needed to go up to the 4th floor to get marked up. I went upstairs and waited along with a few other girls and when I was called I was so freaking nervous!!! I practically tip toed into Dr. Contreras office. His office is huge and he looked so intimidating sitting at the end at his desk looking into his computer. " I whispered may I come in?" in Spanish and he said "ofcourse"  I handed him my paperwork and he asked me to walk into the other room with him at which point he then said please remove your clothes and turned around while I did, which I thought was very kind of him. So as I stood there naked and completely nervous we chit chatted but not much and he told me I would look better with a lift and not just bigger implants he said it would be easier for him to just swap out my implants but I would see better results and would be happier with a lift, i told him that i didn't want a big scar and he then suggested I do the periareolar incision, i told him no i would just get the exchange and then I finally said ok if he was sure he wouldn't make my areola too small and I then proceeded to ask if there would be an additional fee for the lift and he said No, so I said lets do it, and before i walked out I said I wanted a big butt because everything I thought I was gonna say just completely went out the window and I forgot all of the words I had recited, he just laughed and rolled his eyes. One thing I must say about him that I noticed, he is truly an artist in my opinion the minute i took my clothes off I could see he was in his zone envisioning what he would do to improve my body without me having to say a word. After all of that i crept back out and was sent back down to my room to...you guessed it....wait. Finally my friend Luis the orderly rolled in with a wheelchair to get me, let me tell you Luis was the nicest person ever and became my friend at that clinic, he is very humble and kind and is very willing to go the extra mile to help and I couldn't help it but give him a tip at the end of my stay there. Luis is good peoples and as a matter of fact everyone I encountered there was very nice and kind to me. Well anyway I got to the OR and was told they would start my vaginoplasty first and then the lipo, bbl and lastly my implants, I was told chin would be done on a different day because it was too many procedures. The anesthesiologist walked in and started to set up a doctor who told me his name was Dr. Maldonado walked in to introduce himself and he said he would be assisting Dr. Contreras during my procedure. Then Doctor Pumarol walked in and said hi and explained what he would be doing he then sat on a stool at the end of the bed and while he set up I was injected with something that knocked me out. I vaguely remember talking nonsense to Dr. Pumarol while he worked on my cookie and then passed out again the next time I woke up was while my breast implants were being inserted and I saw Contreras on my right breast and Dr. Maldonado on my left, I said some more nonsense and felt some pressure so I told them and I was knocked out again next time I woke up I was in my room. That night I was so uncomfortable the pain meds weren't strong I felt horrible, beds are super uncomfortable, nurses came by to check on me a few times and to empty out my catheter bag. Next morning, I got a visit from Dr. Pumarol to check on my cookie and said all was well and then Contreras swung by and gave me a rose in celebration of International Women's Day and asked how I felt looked at my breasts and told me I did great as he was walking out he said in spanish "your husband was very worried about you, he texted me last night to see how u were doing and I told him you were fine". After that I was discharged shortly thereafter and my friend Luis took me downstairs to buy my faja, I purchased it and this tiny little thing stuffed me into it, she was such a sweetheart. Then I went off to my RH, about a day later I spiked a fever and freaked out my nurses at Gianna's RH jumped to action, but I was so worried I texted the doctor being that it was late I didn't want to call but he responded right away and gave the nurses instructions and my fever went down quickly, he instructed me to swing my his clinic the next day to be seen to make sure I was ok. I went the next day and I was fine. I then went to my follow up apt a few days later for my vajayjay and he said everything was great and gave me a prescription of antibiotics to take, he was the best...I definitely recommend him and like I said I felt no pain at all. I then went up to see if I could have my chin lipo done but they were too busy and told me to come in first thing next day which I did and I was checked in and shortly there after taken to the OR to have my procedure done. Dr. Contreras walked in injected me with anesthesia in my chin and went to town. then he said good bye and left. My final visit was before my trip back home. I went up and saw anetty his secretary who by then knew me very well, I waited a few minutes and crept  back into his giant office. He looked me over asked if I was happy with my breasts I told him I was very happy and he said he was too, he then checked my belly because I told him I had fluid he went ahead and drained it and said if I had more to come back before I left to have it drained because he didn't want me leaving with that. I asked him why did my butt appear to be shrinking and he said it was normal and that I would love my results in a few months. I gave him a gift I brought for him and he gave me a hug and thanked me, he also thanked me for the nice email I had sent him a few days prior. The next day I had to go back to the clinic to have fluid drained  but being that it was a Saturday he wasn't in and I had to be seen in the emergency room to remove the fluid the process was quick and painless and the doctor a very young and friendly woman took care of me right away. I had to pay for the emergency visit which was $10 plus the supplies they used, which shocked me but whatever, total visit was $16. So as you can see over all I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Contreras, his clinic and his staff and should I need a round 2 I will be going right back to see him. He even answers all of my emails post op just as quickly as he did pre-op. I had 465cc silicone gummy implants and 1400cc's injected into each cheek.
