I want your opinions about weather or not I should...

I want your opinions about weather or not I should bother with the surgery at all. The changes I want are fairly small. Is it worth it? I am researching drs and am pretty sure I'm gonna with Medina. I'm waiting on quotes from them all.
I am 32, 1 child, very active in the gym so a lot of muscle, about 5'7" 160lbs with 20% body fat (so, say 32lbs) pretty evenly distributed - which is why I feel like I will have to get whole body lipo.
I want BBL and fat graft for breast augmentation. For the butt, I don't want to add projection, because I see good results doing that at the gym, I just want to add more bubble at the top. I want more shelf booty/like a lower case b coming out of my back. To support that, a little sculpting out the underside I think would help too. I don't want to add any width to my hips.
For the breasts, I would (again) just like to add some volume, mostly at the top to make them more perky.
I assume the fat for both procedures would be harvested from my flanks and my thighs, and where my butt is widest at the hips. I'm going for a very athletic look.
Finally, I'd like a little lipo if the abs, and abdominal etching of the obliques and lower abs. When I hit the gym hard, I have no problem seeing upper and mid 'packs' and obliques, but see very little in the bellybutton pouch area. I would love a tiny waist, but my trunk is a LOT of muscle, very wide and solid, I doubt I will ever be able to have the waist sculpted to hourglass proportions without adding more hips :(

So, do you think it's worth it?
Do you think I'm being realistic with my expectations?
Will I need 2 rounds? One when I'm fluffy to get fat to transfer, and then one when I'm lean for etching/detail sculpting?
I'm afraid that I will end up lumpy in the abs because I plan to work out hard once I recommend and lean out considerably - but of course I'd rather get all done in the same procedure.
Any ideas on cost since I'm not looking for a TT? Am I being realistic on the price? I'm hoping something like 4500-5000 + 10day stay
Do I also need a breast lift?
