Sorry to keep you waiting!!!!!

Hey ladies sorry to keep you all waiting with an update..... but trying to recover is real! Not sure where to start but gotta start somewhere. First and foremost.... DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!! Even though I did my own research I felt like a lot of these vets promoted certain recovery houses, dr's, etc. because they were receiving something in return. I could be wrong but you will see why I say that in a few. My flight out was uneventful no delays everything ran smooth. Arrived in the DR and the driver I hired was there to pick me up and take me to Real Armonia. When I arrived I was the first person there and had my pick of rooms. I choose the biggest room they had because I knew I would be having roommates (pre-arranged). This was sunday night. Monday rolls around bags packed and we are off to CIPLA. Hardly anyone there speaks English so hopefully you RH will send someone with you. I didn't like the fact that they send 1 person with multiple people. Did all the pre-op test got marked up talked to Dr. Diaz he took pictures and then off to get cleared by the heffa down stairs. I'm not sure if it was just me but she seem to have an attitude that I didn't speak Spanish. But [RS bleep] her! I was then send to my room to prepare for surgery. Some one came in gave me a blue pill and the next thing I know I'm off to the OR. I don't remember much but I will share with you what I do remember. I remember Karen sticking me in several spots in my back and me yelling telling her that shyt hurts and then I'm out. The next time I awake is towards the end when they are doing my breast lift and me screaming telling them abort abort..... that shyt hurt and then I went back out. Karen must have given me something to shut me up. A awoke in the recovery room with some dude that was supposed to be watching me but he was eating his lunch. After getting on his nerves for about 20 minutes he took me up to my room and then my HELL began! Once you are placed in your room you are on your back until the next day. No pillow no blanket just that uncomfortable ass plastic bed and a sheet. So you have been warned bring your own blanket and pillow to provide you a little comfort. Some told me that they were charged $20.00 to get the remote to the ac unit but the money was refunded when it was turned back in. I hired my own nurse Nena and she was a sweetheart she was there whenever and she allowed me to maneuver throughout the night. the next morning my dr came cleaned me up changed my badages and I got my first massage then it was back to the RH. 2 days later I was feeling off and knew something wasn't right so I asked to be taking to CIPLA. My levels had dropped to 7 I need a blood transfusion and I had a headache from the meds Karen pushed in my back. I was there forever alone no one spoke English. It took them damn near 6 hours to get my blood. I'm sure they now know every curse word in English because I let them have it. Don't play with my life! After I got my blood and a spinal tap I was fine and on my way back to the RH. I swear on my kids I never thought I would get tired of chicken.... but they serve that shyt to you so much just the smell of chicken turns my stomach now. The rh house and nurses did everything to make you comfortable. Now my particular rh had a lot going on. you know when your dealing with a bunch of woman there is one that is bound to be filled with drama or want all the attention on her. Well needless to say that we had that at our recovery house. The rest of the ladies there were down to earth and we all clicked off the break. We also had a chick that was a little off mentally. The rh house the nurses aren't real nurse's they walk around with there phones and translate so hopefully the wifi is working. The over booked. Served the same damn thing. If you didn't eat when it was time expect your food to be cold. A few of us did break out and go to the grocery store. We had to trade money for pesos so whoever says that you don't need pesos don't listen. Me and a couple of ladies went to a nice restaurant on the beach. The food was good and not pricey. We also went to the mall. Nothing to write home about. Arguments and all most fights. The rh house driver leaving people and then telling them to catch a cab. The fajas are hell. I wore my stage 2 for my trip back home and I swear I died several times. I couldn't wait to get that damn thing off. I didn't wear a faja for a few days. I just got back in my stage 2 this past Saturday. Request wheel chair assistance or you won't make it. Plus you can get a seat with more leg room for free. I am just now starting to sleep thru the night and I can't fit anything but leggings and stretchy stuff. I am 3 weeks po today. I am pleased with my results and knew that there would be the possibility of me needing a round 2. Would I do it again? YES! I knew what I was getting myself into and I had got on my side. If you want to ask any questions feel free to ask. I won't sugar coat anything.

Happy Sunday

Hey everybody all is well on these parts of town. It's been a rough couple of days but they get better. I am going to post everything oncei get home to my computer and have had to formulate all my thoughts on my journey.

The ugly no good....

Momma I made it!!!!!!!!! Tall can say what tall want to say all I wanted to do was make it off of that damn or table. Surgery was long as hell. I'm jive mad at some of tall here on real self. Had more people wrote honestly about the night after I would have been well prepared. If you are not a back sleeper go a head and kill your self now! That was my only major issue was being unable to find a spot laying flat that was confortable. Will had my first massage and that was fine it didn't hurt and being draining just fine. Pictures coming soon
