- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

So after emailing 3 doctors in DR on Friday 01/30, I got a response from Yily Saturday 01/31. I'm sure it helped that my email was in Spanish (thanks to Google Translate). Looking forward to my new journey!
