Ready to go

Taking my drains out was traumatic for me and for the nurses. They had never had so much resistance before nor seen that much pain from the patient so it was unique and I don't want to go on about it.

This time yesterday I was on the operation table and now I'm waiting for my ride home.

The pain was close to none before they played with the drains, and it's still absolutely bearable with no drugs. They are sending me home with paracetamol and codeine in case I need.

I didn't have much instructions about what I should do and what I shouldn't do.... They eventually told me that I should not remove the bandage or get them wet for 7 days. In 7 days, I've got an appointment with my surgeon who will look at the progress and change the bandages that I'll keep for another week.

So basically I won't see my new breasts properly for another 2 weeks !! :(

I can't wait!

Just a couple of pics

Once I'm back home, I'll post all my measurements.

300cc

My surgeon has just popped in. She said I'm doing very well and I should get up and move about, which is perfect as I started to have enough of the bed.
She said that once on the table she realised that the asymmetry was actually bigger than it looked when she took measurements but she kept the same size in both. She actually put 300cc and low profile. I've got to keep that stupid bandage for a couple of weeks so I won't be able to see them for a while :(
