He Ruined my Life -Veneers Fall off Monthly for 4 Years
Dr. Sam Saleh permanently ruined my teeth forever and lied to me about the veneer prep .. On may 21, 2018 instead of veneer prep he did massive crown prep on my 8 front teeth and did a laser gum removal way more than he explained in the chair
. He lied saying it was only going to be minimal veneer prep and when I looked in the mirror he filed my teeth down to stubs. He should have looked at my teeth and saw that I had a few chips and done composite bonding or at the bare minimum done a minimal veneer prep. I was so upset because I hated the huge rabbit teeth he designed . So he said ya I don’t feel comfortable doing your teeth and sent me back to Boston with fake plastic teeth and told me to find a dentist to finish his botched procedure ..
My veneers have been falling off everyday and are loose right now..
Only reason I didn’t sue is because my lawyer in LA was mad I didn’t respond to his emails fast enough. So he dropped my case and statue of limitations is 1 year to sue.
I am writing this review hoping Dr. Saleh can pay to fix my teeth he destroyed and I don’t have the money to pay for 10 crowns or to pay a new dentist to re-veneer/crown 8 natural teeth and 2 implants 10 teeth that were destroyed in his chair. This is medical malpractice, my teeth were pepped for crowns but not in the back so I was forced to get extremely large veneers that fall off even eating a piece of bread ..
If you threaten to sue me , I’m sure the judge would love to see 4 different Periodontist’s from
bostons clinical notes on how you over prepped my teeth into crowns. I want my teeth fixed , you know my email .
Oh PS .. Dr. Saleh knew my teeth were chipped in an accident and said he would document that so I could bill the insurance company for the chipped teeth and when I got to LA and he filed my teeth into stubs he then AFTER SAID ..“ Sorry I don’t feel comfortable attributing this to an accident “ so I had to wipe out all my credit cards and go into debt to pay him ..
