Week 4 begins
Everything was getting better. I was finally feeling better and moving around a lot more, Then sat I started to feel a UTI coming on so Sunday I went to the walk in medical center and got an antibiotic, they said I tested negative but prescribed me a 3 day dose and sent my urine for a test analysis, but I probably will never hear back from them. The constant urge to pee is really getting on my nerves and I'm tired all the time. I ended up taking a sick day today i was very tired and couldn't imagine this feeling like I have to pee all day long at my desk. I have an appointment with my DR tomorrow and I'm almost sure I have a seroma I can feel the fluid move to my hip when I lay on my side, so that should be exciting tomorrow. I'm seriously just trying to take this day by day and not think about all the BS but it's been a loooonnggg 4 weeks that's for sure. I hope it gets better and stays that way soon.
Week 3
Tomorrow will be 3 weeks post op. I'm feeling better. Back to work tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. I'm bored to death being home all the time and I need to have something else to think about. The swelling is out of control. I can't do too much in the day before I feel swollen and giant from my belly button down. I look like a ken doll. This has got to give soon right!? I mean I read reviews and some of you ladies are just amazing I swear I read something where someone was already doing cartwheels 3 weeks out. Maybe not quite but I can barely make it to the grocery store without wanting to kill the cashier for taking so long to scan my sweet potato. Anyone have any Magic cure for swelling?
