After reading other reviews of people that had the same procedure as me and woke up with extreme pain. I fell that people should know that not all people experience that kind of pain when they wake up from a breast lift with implants. I woke up after my procedure with NO PAIN!! I couldn't believe it! My sister has referred me to Dr. William Adams as she had her implants procedure a few years prior. She also experienced little to no pain with a very quick recovery time. Dr. Adams, in my opinion is amazing! With that in mind, if you are looking for extremely large implants I would suggest a different plastic surgeon. Dr. Adams is very supportive for the "natural look". This was the type of procedure I was looking for. I wanted a breast lift with implants that fit my small frame. And that is what I received! Extremely satisfied.
From the moment I arrived into Dr. Adams office in Dallas, Texas everything was handled in a friendly, organized & professional manner. I felt like all my questions were answered. I was made to feel special & not just another patient. The 3D imaging machine that Dr. Adams uses to show your before & after pictures was very helpful in determining what size implant would be most suited to me. I was a 32 A/B before my surgery . I always had to wear push up bra with padding to achieve the look I wanted. My goal was to be a full "C" without padded or a push bra.
All his staff were wonderful including his operating staff at the Park City Medical Center. Which is located in the same building as his office, this was so convenient.
On the day of my surgery, I arrived at 6:30 am, I was very nervous but the staff put me at ease. The 1st thing I received was a pain free IV, never felt it at all!! Then I was put in a warming gown, which was new to me. But it made me comfy & cozy. I felt like I was at a spa & not in a pre surgery room, lol. I was then met my anesthesiologist who promised to take care of me. And she definitely did that. All I remember is her telling me that she was going to give me a cocktail to relax and my party hat (hair-net) and I was good to go. That was it, I was out for the count. I woke up a few hours later with no pain & no idea that my procedure was all done. Dr. Adams visited me before my procedure to discuss once again implant size. We both agreed on 270 cc on left & 240 cc on right. I also went for round silicon implants as I wanted the "full round" look. Dr. Adams also came to my bedside after my surgery to tell me that everything went perfectly. He also spoke with my husband to let him know I was awake & ready to go home. I really liked this extra special personal care.
I am now, 6 weeks post op & I feel completely back to normal. My scars are healing extremely well with scar cream that was given to me by Dr. Adams office. I am a multi vitamin, Lysine. I am a full "C" and very happy with my results, I highly recommend Dr. William Adams & his staff in Dallas, Tx.
