2lbs weight loss! Yay!
Dieted and hit the gym running yesterday.... 2lb weight loss... Trying to get to 170 before Xmas!! 12lbs to lose sounds way better then 14lbs! One day and one pond at a time!! THANKYOU Jesus! We got this!
Feeling like a fat girl!
Oh man today I weighed myself thinking I was 176 which is a 6lb weight gain.... Oh no no no I'm 184lbs!!!! This is not good! But all the sitting around eating, what did I really expect! Oh well I'm thinking, I can't sit in self pity I must lose 19lbs before January 8th and I will! I will be determined, focused and stay Buzy!
