Hello Ladies. It's been 11 weeks since I had my Lipo of lower and upper abs, flanks and mini tummy tuck. So far so good. I was a little afraid to start doing my situps but I'm gradually starteing. My stomach still gets really tight when I'm sitting down for a long period of time. But the results are great. I do a lot of walking on the trail. I'm still happy about the decision I made to have this procedure done. I will submit more photos soon.

I Youtube a lot of information but after my process and surgery I realized that everyone must be different. aaia'm being totally honest with you when I say that I did not feel the pain that everyone else claim they went through. I got home and was out of it because of the meds. I climbed up my 12 steps to go into my bed room and went into the bed and was knocked out until about 3 in the morning. The next day my husband fixed me something to eat, I didn't eat all of it but I did eat. Truthfully, I believe that I could have went back to work after day 3. I stopped the pain pills after my 2nd day I think. I wasn't bent over like a lot of people said they were. I was walking straight after day 2 I would say. When you are sitting down for a long time you will feel sore. I still get that way now and I'm a little over 9 weeks. Its not a painful sore just sore like you was exercising. Only advice is intake a lot of Protein. Like shakes or peanut butter. It really helps on the healing process. I drinked a lot of shakes months before the surgery and I also did a lot of walking and I think that helped. On day 6 of my surgery I got my drains out and me and my kids walked the trail for about 4 miles. You will do just fine.

Okay, today is May 22 and I'm 6 weeks post op. I feel really good. Still a little drainage from my navel area but not much to sing about. My figure is looking lovely I must say. I do have some pictures that I will soon put on the site that was taken before the surgery. I will also take more pics in a couple of weeks to show more results of the "Good Doctor" work. Lol. I still wear my Compression Garment, in fact it feels so weird without it. I haven't done any exercise still yet except for walking miles on the trail. I still go through my swell days but nothing too extent. But I will definitely keep you posted. Until next time stay Beautiful.
