Continue to use Botox. The rhinoplasty corrected issues with sinuses as well..I would recommend Dr Symthe Riche to anyone. My daughter also has Botox treatments for migraine. Tension in muscle in forehead tenses up causes headache to begin as well,Botox relaxes the muscle taking pressure away. Thank goodness..
