As I did my research for surgeons around the area Dr. Rich most definitely was the most recommended by my friends. After seeing him, and talking about my options, there was no doubt that I made the BEST choice. Not only was he kind and knowledgable, he helped me with the convenience of my budget, as well as working with my short notice. Dr. Rich patiently explained in detail what he was going to do and what I could and could not expect so I had very realistic expectations. I was more than pleased with the result!! The staff were very polite, helpful and made me feel right at home. Everyday I love to look into the mirror and see the new me!
