Here's the run down- I'm a 23 y/o mother of a breastfed 2 and a half year old son. I knew I wanted to breastfeed but I didn't realize the devastation it does to your tata's... I have always had smaller boobs not a huge deal they were perky and full for being a B. Unfortunately going from that to a small D in 2 days is quite a shock. I regret to inform that breastfeeding for 9mths left me a very deflated sagging smaller B and it just irritates me looking in the mirror and thinking "I'm 23 and my boobs don't look it." I set a goal to pay off my car and take the plunge and restore "Phil and Lil" :)

I have 2 consultations scheduled with 2 board certified surgeons close to home that I've read good things about. One has his own surgical center where they do the procedure in house (which is nice because hospital fees can get pricey), the other, has the procedure at the hospital I had my son at which if their recovery staff is as awesome as their labor and delivery I'm fine with that! Here's my dilemma. I've read and researched so much so fast and I have so many qsts thought ideas that I'm not sure where to start. For instance, I'm about 5'3-5'4 130lbs with a 26" waist and 42" hips (yes I am blessed with child bearing hips (which came in handy) and a gracious backside but I have very little up top to balance my very curvy bottom half. I think i could manage a large C small D like I was while nursing but I'm not sure. I've read that petite women with smaller tops should go for: silicone and subpectorial. But what about placement, type of implant to use (saline silicone - round textured- moderate high). The few things I do know is that I am terrified of the periareolar because I have a tendency to scar poorly and Keloid.

Any absolutely any opinions or experiences would be wonderful!

Thanks abunch!
