Hiya bear~ Luv how you named the girls "phil and lil"....LOL! If you tend to develop keloid scars, I strongly suggest you get an incision under the armpit. (would be awful to have beautiful new breasts with an unsightly scar) To obtain a C or D cup, 300-400 cc's should provide the results you want. I have 304 cc's moderate plus silicone, which left me with a full C cup & provides a very a natural appearance. There are several options to chose from- just be sure to pick a board certified doctor who will explain all the pros and cons in detail!!! GOOD LUCK:-)
One of my friends had an incision through her arm pit and since they created the pocket for her implant through the arm pit her implants have sorta moved to out to the sides. I've read online from some dr's about that too. But everyone heals differently tho.

I'm so glad you started your story on RealSelf. Thank you! A C or D sounds like it would look nice on you (especially if you experienced that size while nursing and know that you like it). I'm pretty sure that an incision in the inframmary crease is the norm and the scar is pretty well hidden and generally heals well. Good luck!
From my research inframammary doesn't sound incredibly invasive. Thanks for the input!
Thanks for posting your photo. You're going to look va-va-voom after this!
First consult today...can honeslty say it was less what i thought it would be... :(
Oh well on to appt 2..
