Zeltiq 4 months later

I want to say Thank you to all users or realself...

I want to say Thank you to all users or realself who take their time to write reviews on cosmetic procedures and services. Now it is my time to share my experience.

I wasted a lot of money on spot reduction therapies like I-lipo with zero results so was very skeptical about Zeltiq procedure, however, I still decided to try it out.
I would never pay the whole price for one session (1200-1500$) but I took a chance and bought one session of Zeltiq from Groupon for 750$.
If you decide to do Zeltiq - be ready for pain!!!! My technician told me I will only feel discomfort during the procedure which was true. It just feels weird and little scary in first couple seconds. The sucking is so strong that I felt like the machine will suck me in whole :). I felt totally ok after a minute though and even was able to study during the procedure. The technician didn't tell me that I'll feel excruciating pain after the device is removed! I felt like climbing on the walls for 5 minutes. The pain is REALLY BAD when frozen flesh is being massaged. Good news - pain only lasted for 5-7 minutes maximum. After that I was ready to go home like I had nothing done. I just had little redness and swelling. To my big surprise, I had no bruising at all (I bruise very easy). My stomach became numb after the procedure and remained numb for a months or even more. Also, about 10-14 days after the procedure I started having tingling/ shooting pain and uncomfortable itching which lasted for few weeks. It was very annoying and uncomfortable. Sometimes the pain was pretty intense.
I think noticed first results on 3rd week and it was progressing until 3rd month. It has been about 4 months now and I definitely see a result. I am going to post some pictures later. It might not be very visible on pictures but I definitely can see the difference when I compare my lower "abs role" in a sitting position to my upper roll. I think the reduction in my lower abs was even more than promised 25% (or may be i just want to believe in it :) )
To summarize my opinion about the procedure:
I would definitely do it again despite the pain ( I would get an order for nerve blocker for sure) but only if I get a deal for the procedure. I just feel like the procedure is overpriced. They say it is cheaper than traditional lipo. Not really....I know, the doctors have to pay off the expensive machine they bought but still... To achieve results comparable to liposuction you would have to run 2 or even 3 cycles on one area which is about 3000-4000 $ . This is same /more expensive than traditional lipo on one area.
Unfortunately they don't throw Zeltiq deals on Groupon in my city too often.
I hope this review will be helpfull to someone.
