Dr. Edward Bednar is The Very Best! After three consultations with reputable cosmetic surgeons, I knew Dr. Edward Bednar was the surgeon I wanted to perform liposuction and a full tummy tuck on my body. Dr. Bednar was extremely focused on my needs and what he could do for me that would give me the ultimate result I was looking for. He was also the most honest surgeon I had met with. After meeting with Dr. Bednar I realized that the other two surgeons I consulted with were not honest and were trying to make a buck - one telling me I needed more done than was necessary and the other quoting me twice the price and then following up with me indicating that he would do it for the price that the surgeon (Dr. Bednar) I had selected to do my surgery. All I can say is that I was scared to death to have the surgery based on other reviews I found from tummy tuck patients. I bit the bullet because I trusted Dr. Bednar completely. Dr. Bednar contoured my body with liposuction (my back and stomach) to match my flat tummy. I seriously did not have any pain after surgery or at any time. I was tender, yes, and had to be careful, but I could stand up straight the day after surgery without any real pain. The procedure that Dr. Bednar uses for this type of surgery is probably the most painless you experience. I am three weeks out of surgery and my tummy tuck scar is already starting to fade due to the type of internal stitches he uses. His pre-surgery vitamin routine and drinking protein shakes really help in the recovery, too. Amazing. My stomach is completely flat with a really cute new belly button. I seriously look like I did before children (age 23) and I am now 50. I am absolutely thrilled with the result and it has exceeded my expectations of what I thought I would look like. Dr. Bednar has given me the body I have wanted back for so long and never thought I would have. I would go through this surgery again, but only with Dr. Bednar.
