After achieving 100 pound weight loss in 2001, I was left with much skin and impossible to rid fatty areas in my thighs and arms. Attempts at focused diet and a variety of exercise could not improve the unsightly look of my extremities. After the positive results of my Circumferential Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift in 2011, I finally decided to have a Thighplasty (inner thigh lift) and a Brachiplasty (Arm Lift.)

I must admit that these procedures were more painful and limiting than I remember the TT being. So far, (it's only Day 19 Post Op) I've had some minor complications which are under control but most of all the swelling and difficulty seeing change is the most nerve racking. I'm posting some before/after photos today which shows photos from the day before surgery and then today's photos which is 19 days after surgery. There are SEVERAL photos I've taken that I really do not see any difference at all! I'm hopeful that as time passes, the tightening, lifting and shrinking will continue.

Stay tuned ... I'll continue to keep this updated and have MANY MANY tips for ANYONE considering this procedure. (Tips include: how to sleep, pee, eat, wound clean and much more!)
