My main motivation for this procedure rooted from the fact I could not wear desired clothing. Always wearing a push-up bra and unfortunately unable to wear a strapless because of my figure (always yanking it up and found the bra around my waist every time). Attractive bathing suits were impossible as well. Once I had begun to "deflate" there was loose skin and just felt very self-conscious.

I had thought about getting this procedure done for years. Finally, it was time. I had consultations with multiple surgeons. Dr. Capizzi was the only one that had told me right off the bat exactly what he thought would be the best option for my frame, etc. and I quote him "If I were to perform this procedure on my wife, this would be the only option I would consider - Gummy Bear Implants". Why, did I ask? I had always been very afraid of going with Silicone over Saline. However, was very concerned about the rippling of Saline, but then also of the "Silicone Poisoning". Dr. Capizzi had used this example - if you take a knife and cut the Gummy Bear Implants in half, the gel would not leak. After much research = SOLD. Not only with Dr. Capizzi had I experienced the utmost comfort, his ENTIRE (and I mean entire) staff treated me with extreme care and honestly the friendliest staff on any occasion that I've ever met. I'm writing this review 6 weeks post-op so I can give you all of the main details of my recovery: (Please keep in mind that I had only taken my pain reliever prescribed for me for two days post-op). Night of surgery - trying on all my clothes. Breasts felt heavy and thereafter for roughly 5 weeks or so. 2 days post-Surgery - went for a 3 mile walk in 98 degree weather - uncomfortable but doable. 3 days to 5 weeks - 30-45 min of elliptical, biking, and walking 4-5 days per week. My milestone.....5 weeks and 4 days post surgery I have taken a total strength extreme class (involving planks, push-ups, shoulder presses, you name it - and I got my first 4 mile run in as well. Feeling blessed! Not only am I back at it, I have had no bruising, the scarring is almost invisible (crease). And the best part about choosing Dr. Capizzi??? (aside from him calling me personally the next day to check on me)....My breasts are absolutely gorgeous and insanely propositioned. I cannot thank him and his team enough for this entire experience, professionalism, knowledge, skill-set, and sincerity. I would only recommend Dr. Peter Capizzi, M.D.
