When will the stomach bloat go away?!?!? ????????????

I had never had surgery before this so I was wondering when the bloating go away. My stomach and back are still swollen and....umm well....I still haven't been able to use the bathroom. The scale says I'm 4lbs heavier than I was 4 days ago but I really haven't eaten that much. Anyone else been through this? Or should I really start restricting my calories now that I'm not able to exercise? :-/

Squeaking lol

So I've noticed a lot of squeaking at the top of my breasts when I move a certain way. From what I've read this is because of fluid or because the implant is rubbing on the rib cage. It should go away soon as the swelling goes down and as some tissue forms between the implant and ribs. I decided to bring out an old 34C that I used while breastfeeding. It fit perfectly so I'm guessing that I could possibly fit into a D after I drop and fluff? Irregardless, I'm happy with the size and anxious for them to drop.

Post Op Day 2

I'll admit, this morning I was very emotional because they just seemed so much smaller than what I had hoped for. I went into this knowing that it would take time for them to drop and fluff but when you're on enough pain meds it's a little harder to be rational. Anyhow, they have changed so much just today. I still have some asymmetry with my droopy left breast still being a little lower, but the difference is minimal compared to before the surgery. Also, my nipples are positioned very low on each breast. I'm guessing that when the implants drop I will see the nipples end up in a more natural position. I can't wait to see what they look like tomorrow!!!!

Provider Review

Dr. Greg Wood

Dr. Wood has a great bedside manner. He does not come off as arrogant at all, unlike my sister's surgeon. He has been very patient with me and I'm perfectly at ease putting myself in his hands tomorrow.
