I went to Dr. Castellano for a non-surgical nose job. I was a little hesitant about going with him because he doesn't have any before and after of non-surgical nose jobs on his website. But the changes that I was seeking were so minor that I was willing to move forward with the injections. Both he and his staff are very patient. His philosophy tends to be that less is more; he doesn't want to risk overcorrection or having his patients look too "plastic". I wanted the dorsal hump disguised as well as the bump on the right side of my nose filled in. He did exactly that, and was able to understand what my concerns were. We discussed possibly using Bellafil for the next time I want it done, but I'm Bellafill is essentially 20% PMMA, also known as fiberglass or lucite. I'm not sure how I feel about putting plastic in my body so I may continue with the Radiesse.
