I had always had difficulty breathing out of my nose and also had a bump that I was never happy with. I saw a few ENTs but they never put much time into my concerns or really listened. It typically ended up in a prescription nose spray that did not work. I found Dr. Bonaparte online and wrote him an e-mail and his response was extremely thorough. Instead of the typical response advised that I would need to schedule a consult he answered many questions I had and then offered for me to come in to see him. Dr. Bonaparte was extremely helpful and I did not feel rushed at all. He took the time to answer all of my questions , both in person and via email. I never felt rushed. I am extremely thrilled with the results of my surgery. I have never been able to breath so well out of my nose! I am also extremely happy with the cosmetic part of the surgery as I no longer have the awkward bump in the middle of my nose! I would highly recommended Dr. Bonaparte. From my initial e-mail full of questions to all of my follow up he was very thorough and If I need any future work I would request Dr. Bonaparte.
