Smartxide - Canada

I have had a terrible experience with Dot Smartxide and recommend against it. The treatment was agressive and the doc informed me I would be red for a week. Three weeks later (at which time I have had to stay home) I still have red grid marks over my face. I have no idea how long these marks will last and each time I see the doct he says they will be gone in another few days. I also see no results and cannot believe I did this. terrible terrible experience. Would love to hear comments from othes as to how long the grid marks were present.
