Sad, way too large after breast reduction

5 weeks and 2 days post op. My back and shoulders still hurt. I need another reduction. 1 pound per breast did not do anything for me, so over huge breast,

Before surgery right measured 12 inches from center of chest to underarm where breast start; left 13 inches; after surgery 11 and 12 inches. I was suppose to go from compacted in a ddd to a d....with these measurements no way can i see that happening. From my nipple to my underarm im a whopping 8 inches and 7 inches. My breast are very dense. I feel like i got a breast lift.,,lifting the weight of the breast that were hanging to now sitting on top of my chest..,still heavy, back still hurts. Yes
Im 6 days post surgery, yes still swollen, but i know im not going to loose 3 cups from going down in swelling....doctors what are options? So sad.

46 year old with large dense breast 36 ddd at 5'3, wearing a size 6 pants, but larger top due to broad shoulders and huge breast cups. Like the right, not crazy about the left...too boxy, heavy above nipple, nipple flat higher than the right. Hope this all shifts and rounds out with healing. Pain not as bad as i thought....taking my pain meds.
