LOTS of Questions but Lets Start with the First =) - California, CA
I've narrowed it down to 2 now =) One of the PS...
Is there a benefit from one or the other?

I'm a 43 yr. old mother of 4 boys and have been thinking about a TT for the last three years. I have met with 4 Plastic Surgeons (all are board certified). One is no longer a concideration so that leave three. How in the world do I chose?? I feel like this is the biggest decision and I don't want to get it wrong.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked your surgeons on this site to see if they have reviews? If you list the three surgeons you're thinking of here, some women who've gone to them might chime in as well.
Glad you're able to get this done for yourself. Choosing a doctor is truly a big decision. Here's some guidance from doctors on what to ask your prospective plastic surgeon. Hope this helps!
I'm surprised they aren't listed! I'll have to check about adding. If you want to send me a personal message with their names, I'll check into it.
And, yes, you can use names. That's part of what makes RealSelf great. So much unbiased info!
I think I saw 5 different surgeons (one was several years ago, but the other 4 were within the past few months).
I crossed one off of my list for saying that my c-section was probably more painful than a full TT with muscle repair. I crossed another off for being too rushed and cold during the consultation. I'm a big baby and I know I'm going to be pretty whiny during my post-op appointments so I wanted someone who I felt I could talk to.
My surgery isn't for 3 more weeks so I'm not sure if I made the right call, but for what it's worth, that was my decision making process. Good luck!!!

Deep breath...I agree that is can about make you nuts trying to find the correct doctor. I ran through seven before I found mine...I know I have a little OCD going on here. Never hurry; take you time and be sure before you jump into anything.
Try not to focus on the type of incision they use or the fact that they do or do not use a pain pump. What you want is a low incision that hides in your bikini underwear. I did not have a pain pump and honestly could not have imagined anything else hanging from my body.
Have you seen pictures of each surgeons work? Need to do that for starts. If the doctors have checked out, you have seen prior work they have performed and you have seen at least 3-4 surgeons; then listen to your gut instinct. It will never fail you.
Which one did you feel most comfortable with? You need to click with the doctor.
I live in the bay area. I am considering Dr. Ronan, Dr. Aycock and I have an appt to see Dr. Williams next week. I'm sure they are all highly qualified it's just that i havent walked away with a "wow" feeling from any of them.
Where do you live? Your pictures look amazing! How are you feeling?
