My drain has been out for a week. After the drain came out I felt I could do so much!! I went to the store a couple of times by myself. I had my girdle taken in and is so tight. Went back to work on Monday. I have been going in to have water injected out . I started my radio frequency therapy started yesterday and it was extremely painful cause of the skin ridges I have on my sides. This therapy is suppose to help with swelling, bruises and water retention. My boobs are going down and as of now I am a 34DD. I hope to go down to a 34D. I will post some pictures .
9 days post opp
The Last 9 days have Been very challenging!!! I had to go twice to the doctors office to have build up fluid taken out of my back and above my belly. The water on my back was extremely painful. On the first visit 500 ml of saline water was taken out! On the second visit 400 ml . After the second time I finally rested my back . My body is finally shaping and I am not as swollen as 4 days ago.
1st shower
Yesterday was my fist shower after 3 days. I was so looking forward for this milestone but as my husband started taking off the girdle I started feeling light headed. The compression garment gives me so much support that when it was taken off I started feeling so weak. I ended up taking a sponge bath sitting down. I saw my belly and touched it. Most of my belly is num and it seems I have parts that are extremely swollen. Especially the part above my belly is extremely swollen. I also hope my boobs go down a little bit. They are extremely painful. After the shower I felt nausea and had to go lay down . My garments were washed. I started taking only half of my pain dosage and stopped the muscle relaxers because they made me so dizzy. Tomorrow is my first post op appt.
