Very Happy with Rhinoplasty Surgery - Calgary, AB

I am a young professional woman and I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Kristina Zakhary a little under 2 years ago now. I cannot say enough good things about the surgery and my doctor. She basically changed my life for the better. I had a very big nose with a round tip and big bump, it looked like a big bird beak. I was very shy to go out and didn't like to have my picture taken, especially from the side view because then my nose looked huge. I was very nervous about having plastic surgery, and especially because I didn't want to end up looking like Michael Jackson. I interviewed 3 different surgeons, and chose Dr. Zakhary because she actually spent time with me to explain everything in detail, like how she would do the operation, what I had to do after to heal well, and all the risks involved in surgery. I wanted to have my bump removed and my tip narrower. Dr. Zakhary was very patient and answered all my questions, and showed me some of her before and after pictures of her patients that had similar looking noses like mine. I know that plastic surgery is a bit of a gamble, and it doesn't always turn out the way you want, but mine turned out awesome. My nose is smaller and looks natural. Most people didn't even realize I had a nose job, until I told them. The healing process was exactly not very easy, and my nose breathing was blocked on one side or the other for a little over a year and a half, but then I discovered I have allergies, so that didn't help things. Dr. Zakhary prescribed me medications to control my nose swelling and that really helped me to breath better. She also followed up with me a lot, even up to this day, almost 2 years later, and answered my emails almost right away, even on weekends or after work, when most doctors won't even bother to answer you. I had a little panic attack 6 months after my surgery because I wasn't healing as fast as I wanted, but she let me come see her in her office and calmed me down a lot. Since my nose looked so good, I also got a little bit of lip filler by Dr. Zakhary so that my lips look better too. Overall, I feel so much more comfortable and confident, and I cannot have enough pictures taken of me! I think I'm making up for lost time. Dr. Zakhary and her team was really professional and competent and I am very happy I chose her office for my rhinoplasty.
