40 Yr Old Who Has Wanted Breast Augmentation for 22+ Years (Currently 36 B Trying to Go to a Full 36 C or D) - London, GB

4 1/2 weeks later I can now sleep on my side but have to hug (actually place pillow between my new additions for support and drape a leg/knee over the pillow as well) a long body pillow. Sleeping on my left side is more comfortable than my right side, but it's nice to have options :) I've been sleeping on my back for the last 6 weeks (normally I used to be a tummy/side sleeper) and while sleeping on my back is more comfortable since the surgery, every now and then I like to be able to move around while and sleep in a different position. I know there are women who sleep on their stomachs after lift/augmentation surgery - I'm just not sure how they do it or if it would be worth the discomfort. Does anybody have any tips or tricks they use to sleep in other positions besides on their back?

I'm 4 weeks post op and am in love with my new boobs! The scars are healing nicely (kelo-cote and neosporin combo - per nurses advice) and the implants are starting to settle in. I know it will be about 8 more weeks for me to see the final result (more settling and implant fluffing) but everyday I am happy with my choice of implant and plastic surgeon. The Pure Conical Medium Profile 325cc Implants seems to be perfect for my body and the look I was hoping to achieve :) results are exceeding all expectations that I had! I will post pictures today.
