I have attached some pictures. I also forgot to add that I have a breast base diameter of just under 12. So, 300cc was a snug fit, since the recommended was 12. Dr Joe reassured me that it would be fine and it was. I did not want the high profile option. Also, my placement was middle. I wanted them to look natural and not be a noticeable change in the workplace.

Dr Joe and his staff make you feel comfortable from the minute you step in their office. They are very patient and knowledgeable. After nursing three kids for almost a year each, I wanted to get the fullness back. I met with Dr. Joe and we decided on a 300cc Silicone Moderate Plus Implant with an armpit incision. I am 5'4" 115lbs and was a 36A prior and 36C up after. I had surgery around 1pm on Friday and was back to work Monday morning. I was amazed by how quick of a recovery it was. One of the best decisions I have mad. Highly recommend Dr. Joe and his staff!!
