How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

1 week post op
Pain is minimal, incision site is tender, otherwise feeling great. It appears I may have a slight "snoopy nose" deformity but I plan on asking my surgeon at my next appointment if it's true. I've read that it appears so early after surgery but goes away once the implants drop.
Day 1 post op
Sore, mainly in the center of my chest (sternum) and sides (underneath armpit area). My surgeon called me to check on how I felt and said the areas I feel tender is normal. I have no worries, except that I hadn't considered until now that many of my tops will no longer fit me. Oh well :-)

I had small but beautiful and perky breasts before I became a mom. With each pregnancy and breastfeeding, the "gals" were left looking saggy and deflated to the point that I hated the way I looked. I had considered BA for quite a while, and it wasn't until I broached the subject with my husband that I made an appointment for a consultation. My husband was very supportive and encouraged me to do what I need to do to feel sexy again.
So I have a friend who had the procedure done, and she shared the name of her doctor with me. Everyone on realself encourages multiple consults by different doctors and I completely agree, but I honestly went to only one doctor mainly because I actually have another friend who had the same procedure/doctor. I guess seeing how awesome they both friends looked, I just put my trust in this surgeon and went with it.
During consult, the doctor explained that to get the best results, I should have a breast lift and augumentation. Against his advise, I declined the breast lift due to increased cost/recovery and scars. I explained that I'm not after perfection, I'm OK with a more natural looking result. After this and looking at pictures on his 3d imaging screen, the surgeon recommended I go with Natrelle style 410, high profile, highly cohesive textured, size 375cc. He said he had a technique that he used to give the illusion of a breast lift (dual plane) that will give me a natural looking result that he felt I'd be happy with.
I had the surgery a few days ago, and so far I feel great (a bit sore). I will continue to post pics along the healing journey!!!
