Okay well I wasn't going to post an update but decided someone might find it useful as I literally couldn't find anyone my size so here it goes ..The journey was actually not bad at all. I was dreading it because flying alone but pretty straightforward and there's always someone to help.  Most people speak English. Okay so I arrived at the clinic half 11.  When the taxi pulled up, I've gotta admit, I was really impressed with the building--it looked like a millionaire's house or something, lol.When I got in I handed in my forms that I had to fill in beforehand concerning medical history and consent form . Then I was directed straight upstairs.  I've gotta say inside was equally as wow as the outside of the building. I was told I had to wait like an hr for the surgeon as he was still in surgery but they had wifi so all was good lol. After approx an hr the receptionist came and called me and took me to a room. Then she told me to get undressed and put on a gown and slippers and a really funny hat, then I walked out and saw dr van zele and went into his office. He took a lot of time explaining, obviously, because I am very petite there are limitations even with high profile as it will overlap on the sides.  He took allot of time going over everything--risks etc, which was good.  He was straight up and said if you don't feel happy about the results I think I can give you, to find another doc. But I assured him I trusted his judgement because I wasnt naive--I knew there would be limitations due to my size--only 5.1 and base 28/30 band width, so pretty tiny lol.Anyway then he told me to remove my gown and firstly was shocked that I had a good b cup--he'd expected an a cup due to my body lol and he drew on me with a marker.Then he said the most I could fit was 365cc high profile and even that might push it due to the width, so he said he'll try 365 and 335 (not much difference) and said I'd probably get a dd / e cup with that, which I was really happy to hear lol, and was like yes lets go for it lol. He double-checked I was happy with the size, which I was. Somehow I thought 365cc would be tiny on me lol, but when I tried it, it was huge lol.Then he left me and the anesthetist came and went over some heath problems to make sure I never smoke or anything, but I don't anyway, so it weren't a problem.He then walked me down these stairs to the surgery room and talked on the way to make me feel at ease, and was surprised I came alone, probably because I look like a kid lol.Next I was told to lie on the operating theatre. At that stage I felt like making a legger! I was soo nervous I apparently went all red! Then the anesthetist put a needle in my hand and connected me to a drip and I watched them hurry around.  I can't even remember knocking off.Next I was on a bed like an elevated chair with a nice comfy blanky on top. I woke up then dossed off again it took pretty long for me to come round lol. Doc said was maybe because I'm so tiny. I remember him coming and checking on me a few times and I was soo drugged. I think my surgery was at 1 or 2 but I woke up at like 6! LolWhen I woke up I looked down to see cleavage--actual cleavage--and was like wow! They put a bra on me and a strap attached to it.I actually never felt in pain when woke up just dizzy and the nurse was really nice and I kept drifting in and out.I needed the toilet when I got up and a nurse helped me.  Thats when I felt the dizziness.  It felt like I was gonna pass out and she walked me--held onto me.Then I went back and gradually woke up fully and the dizziness went, and I sat up a bit more. I loved the big duvet they gave--really comfy it was lol.Then I managed to get my phone. The nurse brought me all my stuff.  By then it was like 7 and I watsapped everyone and said I was okay. I just had to be careful when turned, really. I got dressed, which wasnt too bad, then waited for the taxi. My luggage was kinda hard to pull at the hotel because I had extras that I'd leave here, food etc, and I checked in.Oh I forgot to mention, when I woke up I was really quenching for thirst and couldn't drink in case I vomited so the nurse sprayed this spray in my mouth and relieved it for a bit. She did it twice lol.I was told when I got to the hotel that I could take ibuprofen and water, wait half an hr, then eat, so I did. Walking and pulling my case was bearable, I just had to walk extra slow.
I'm in bed now and they feel really tight, but I only get pain when I lean to one side, i.e to get out if bed.Oh and I forget to mention the doc fitted a 30 e cup on me and said I'd most likely be a dd /e, so happy days! And I can tell they're big from the cleavage lol.  I wanna take the bra off for a sneak peak. I knocked off for two hrs when I got to the hotel then woke up to my phone ringing lol so good times. Its actually not as bad as I thought. Let's see how tomorrow is :-)

Okay so in 24hrs ill be in the clinic! I got an email of them yesterday requesting me to come at 11-11.30 instead of the original time 1. I barely slept last night only 5hrs lol I think the nerves and excitement are in full force . My flight is early morning then heading straight there wish me luck guys! Bring on the new boobies lol
