The clinic I have chosen was PAI in south shore of Montreal. Overall, the professionalism and the quality of the service were fairly good 8/10. I am satisfied with the surgeon's work: Dr. Michel Prévot (he is not the owner, he has just a contract renewable with the owner of that franchise), however before meeting with him, I met with a "sales" person who convinced me to choose their clinic instead other clinics, and believe me the price asked in the beginning was $12000+taxes for the FUT! Basically I was sold the idea that they can restore my whole scalp in one only surgery which makes them so special in the market. Naive I was, as I didn't make my home work correctly and I was in a kind of rush, I didn't visit other clinics to compare the techniques available and the price related. Now I really regret having chosen PAI in the south shore of Montreal, because what was finally covered was only the front line and not the whole scalp as promised, besides, the scar I have remains big and visible and I need a FUE to cover it. Now I am planning to do a FUE but after 12 months from the first surgery and with another clinic. I don't recommend PAI Montreal / south shore to anyone, they will just take your money with a mediocre result. Aim rather FUE with another clinic...

Hello John, The results look really good! So, did the procedure cost you $7,000 or $12,000? I noticed you said 7 at the beginning and 12 towards the end. I am in the market for a transplant and looking for feedback on rates. Thanks so much? Keith

Good luck to you. I'm 50 now, had it done when I was 27,. After 30 I've been unhappy ever since. Of course the small amount of money I spent then to regain my hair, has cost me my wife and children, since depression gets you no where. You will go back to the doctor until he scars your scalp completely. So good luck,. Hope you don't lose anymore hair. Oh and the scars on your head, they never go away. Then you can get a wig.
