More Than Two Years Later,

I’m still happy that I did it. I love my shape.

I’m no longer running, thanks too patellofemoral osteoarthritis in my left knee. (See the slight swelling there.) Yet, I’m still active. I do an hour of intense non-impact cardio five times per week, lift weights and do ab work for an out three times per week, and do forty-five minutes of physical-therapy exercises three times per week.

Yesterday, I had my third EmSculpt session. I’m having both my abdomen and buttocks treated. I’ve yet to see any aesthetic changes from that, by my abdominals and glutes definitely feel stronger. I’ll write a separate review about that.

Later this month, l’ll have SculpSure to refine my inner thighs a bit. I’ll have that done by one of Dr. Miller’s nurses. (His staff are all amazing.)

I took my measurements after showering today.

Even with the swelling, they haven't changed. So, I'm happy about that. I was worried about my clothes being too tight to wear post-surgery.

Tomorrow, I'll have my stitches removed. Hopefully, I'll be cleared to return to the gym. I miss working out.

Overall rating

Dr. Miller understands that I want to be the best that I can be and that I'm not interested in fitting a particular mold. I was thrilled to learn that, barring any unforeseen complication (I'm in excellent health, thankfully), I can resume running and lifting after ten days.
