Great surgical skills, questionable bedside manner

I have been wanting implants for a while now. The previous lift I had didn't create much fullness In my upper pole and still left me sagging. The implants so far have addressed the upper pole and sagging. I love my new breasts! The surgery (done awake) was simple enough, not very painful. I wish Dr. Gartner explained what he was doing a bit more as he was performing surgery. It felt a bit rushed, I know surgeons make an income off preforming surgery but it would be nice if there was more time in between the turnover of patients so nothing felt rushed. After the surgery they called my ride, which was mentioned so many times I can't count. Really seemed like a rush to get me out. My ride came, and I left. Their organization when it comes to payment (you paying them) is immaculate but when it came to patient coordination it could've been much better!
In order to reach the Dr. directly there's a number you call that I guess if you wait, forwards to him. I waited but was never forwarded. In 2021 one would think there could be a number to directly text or call. All in all, great boobs, it's nice to have the option to get them done under local 100% awake, they could improve patient coordination and care. Ultimately I feel that the Doctor feels more passionately about making money and his surgical skills, than connecting with the patient and taking time with each case. Perhaps I was off putting still shouldn't have been rushed. I know I was nervous. Who knows. I love my new boobs and for that I am thankful!
