Possible Breast Reduction

I've struggled with large breasts my entire life. When I was 14 and my chest started to develop I felt like a black sheep because all the women in my family were smaller and I felt like I had to cover up my boobs so j wouldn't look "slutty". When I was 16-17 I went through a pretty intense phase of depression and mild anorexia and was about 90 lbs (im 5'2") and I still fit into a 32DD bra.

Now, im in my early 20s and have been on birth control for a few years. I've gained more weight than I'd prefer due to the hormones and my breasts have swollen up as well. Im now a 34I and my back pain is excruciating. My breasts make everyday things so difficult- I exercised for maybe 40 minutes a couple days ago and my back feels like I was in a major accident because of the strain a sports bra puts on it.

I've seen 3 different surgeons and finally accepted sending a claim through Dr barzin because of his well received reviews online and professionalism. He told me that while he understands my desire to reduce them, that my breasts aren't as large as the typical candidate. Im at a point where I can accept whatever happens at this point and deal with it from there, but anything to lessen my back pain would be incredible (since that's the real factor pushing this decision)
