You will get what you pay for. I paid a lot of money for perfect breasts and that's what I got. The follow-up care is next to none, truly exceptional. She has a very strict regimen that you have to follow but in the end they look fantastic. However, I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because you will need some thick skin. I have had insecurities about my body pointed out many times that has made me feel kind of bad. She is a tough cookie but definitely a phenomenal surgeon and an overall sculptor/artist.
