He created a deformity where there was none before

I went in for the consultation and Dr. Ganchi said the lift involved just cutting skin off. My right breast was a half ounce larger than the other, so I asked if he could even them out, and he said he could. After the surgery though, I noticed that he had reduced my right breast too much (now, my left breast is a half size larger than my right!) and in one spot only, causing a depression in the area that interrupted the curve of my breast. I also noticed he had inserted some kind of rubber rings around my nipples, which I did not ask him to do. When I came in to ask him about the dimple his tissue removal caused, he said that he was required to take out a full two ounces to send to a lab (??!? and said not to worry, they weight of the breast would re-curve the shape. I also asked him to remove the rubber rings, which he did. But why did he not tell me these things BEFORE the surgery so I could have changed my mind? Now I still have breast unevenness but in reverse, and an unsightly dimple under my right breast, and over the last bunch of years this has not changed as he said it would.
When I consulted his office again about this, his front desk staff manager became intimidating and yelled at me! This doctor deformed me from this operation and never made it right. If you get a breast lift, there are many other better doctors, especially in NYC, that are better to go to.
