“Had a Lift, and Now Time for Some Implants!”
Spent: $5,860 in Reno, Nevada
So, I have a review for my breast lift under that section. I am a 22 year old female. I decided to get a lift due to saggy breasts. I was spewing out of a DD bra at 171 pounds, and after losing 50 pounds my breasts went down to about a B/C and had some asymmetry. I had my lift December 22nd, 2012. My doctor likes to do surgeries separately due to various factors (better results, better healed scars, safer, etc.) So, I agreed to wait for 1-3 months to heal fully from my lift before undergoing a second surgery for implants. I had my second follow-up surgery today and we had a consult for the implants. I told him I want to be a DD, and would like silicone (memory-gel) implants. He agreed that the results will be great. He believes the implants will be between 600-750 CC. He will be ordering all the sizes in between to get them to where I want them. Right now my surgery is scheduled for March 22nd. I am very excited! Here is my breast lift review: http://www.realself.com/review/reno-breast-lift-finally-lift-after-years-waiting

I forgot to mention some stuff...
So, I wanted DD cup size anyways, but my doctor told me from my very first consult for my lift that if I got implants they would have to be somewhat large because I have a wide gap between my breasts.
So, to get a good cleavage, have some rounding on the sides, and be a decent size I have to go for an implant between 600-750 cc.
When I went home I researched 700cc implants and it seemed like that was just HUGE, but I found out that a 700cc silicone implant will look much different from a 700 cc saline implant. From my own research women report when they traded out their saline implants for silicone the silicone ones look much smaller. So, I have decided to trust the judgement of my doctor and I will make a final cc decision at my pre-op.
I am currently 125 pounds, 5'7", approx a B cup.

I am one month, 6 days away from go-time. I am getting somewhat nervous, but overall I am very excited!
Today is 8 weeks post-op of my full anchor breast lift, and I took a swim suit picture. It can be my "before" to my augmentation.

I had my surgery on 03/02/2012!! My doctor and I decided on 650 cc, silicone gels, under the muscle.
I love them SO MUCH! I have a ton of dropping and fluffing to do, but I think they look great already. My pain is not awful at all and I am already able to raise my arms above my head. :)

Sorry I have not been here recently! No one was commenting so I didn't think anyone was coming by. I am now 17 days post-op. I have not had any complications at all, and love them more and more everyday!!
I am still riding high and need to do a lot of d&fing, but I still cant get enough of them! :)
BTW I ended up getting 650 cc silicone Natrelle, round, smooth, moderate profile implants :)

He is such an amazing Plastic Surgeon, I would never consider going to anybody else :)

Your lift results are great! I hope getting the 700-800s gives you the cleavage you're hoping for. Thanks for sharing your story here in the breast aug community!
I am very excited for you and for me! :) Yay for hot tatas.
Hi,
I just looked at your photos, I must say your breast look very good at this stage. I'm sure they will keep on changing due to that they have to "settle" but they look good now just image when they "settle" they are going to look GREAT!!!!
