Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Left Deformed

I waited 4 months after my second surgery on my breasts with Dr. Burnett to write this review. My first surgery was last November and it did not go well.
My implants shifted within the first two weeks. I didn't look like a woman.
I was in a lot of pain. I was concerned and very depressed.
My biggest issue with Dr. Burnett is the lack of communication.
She knew why my breasts shifted and didn't tell me. There was more concern about legality than letting her patient know why the surgery didn't work. Or how to help me.
I was told I needed a revision but no answer to why or comfort that I would be taken care of. It wasn't until I complained that I was given any information.
In June I had my revision surgery. At first things seemed fine but my breasts have not settle correctly. The implant in my right breast shifts and looks flat on the bottom.
Luckily, this time I am not in pain, but they aren’t how they should be.
When I reached out to Dr. Burnett once again I got what I should have expected.
A lack of empathy and total annoyance. When I asked for suggestions on what might help her response was "constant massage would help but you can't do that all the time."
So after almost a year and two surgeries I am leaving this review. I know now how important it is to feel like your surgeon cares and will listen.
Standing in front of Dr. Burnett naked was humiliating every time. Rather than offering help or making me feel like things would be okay she blamed my body on what went wrong with the surgeries.
One appointment she giggled at my naked body and said, "I don't know why they look like that."
It was a terrible experience with Dr. Burnett. I will need a surgery to correct what was done at Naficy.
