I’m only one month post op,and they’re still pretty high. I’m thrilled with the result. So so happy. Doing daily massages really helps them drop and fluff, as well as relieves tension the new implants cause on the body. I will say they feel totally natural and a part of my body. I love the shape. I love everything about them.

Trusting and knowing your results take time to set in are so very important and THAT comes from inner confidence in yourself and your providers/doctors.
I love my breasts more every day. Even on the way into surgery I told my doctor and his team “I’ve got complete confidence in you and the plans we discussed.” So, even on day one of the post op, I felt joyful knowing what to expect from all the conversations we had together BUT also from all the shared stories I found HERE on the REAL SELF SOCIAL COMMUNITY!
I’m one month post op and feel amazing. I was off major meds two days after surgery and I have taken the MEND SUPPLEMENT to really kickstart all the internal healing on top of daily massages, religious band wearing (ugh have a love/hate relationship with that band ) but every day I see myself now I feel like this is the body I deserve.

It has definitely helped keep inflammation down and my surgical bruising went away after 24 hours! It’s wonderful. I highly recommend this delicious and wonderful post op & college building/ muscle recovery product! If your surgeon doesn’t offer it as part of your recovery plan, you can find it/purchase it on line. You’ll need to start using it 1-2 weeks BEFORE surgery and continue 3-4 weeks post op.
I blended mine with cinnamon, banana and Greek yogurt, and 4 oz organic 2% milk.
I felt like this accelerated my healing from the inside out, helped keep my pain and inflammation at bay, and was critical in helping me get off the heavy meds and just on Tylenol after just 48 hours post surgery.
