It's not that I didn't have a butt, although it was nothing great.....believe me, but more the shape of my backside! I had a squared shape and there was nothing "bubble" about it, it was just there. I was never able to wear high rise jeans, or skirts. Now I have a great backside! I have a round, full and very natural looking butt. Dr. Smaili added fat to my hips and down my legs which makes it look very natural. I have no regrets and I am a lot more comfortable and confident wearing the clothes I love. I don't currently have any before pictures, but as soon as I find them I will post.
