SO its been 6 weeks my body looks exactly the way it looked before i gained the weight to get the bbl so im pissed waisted 6k and i should have known better =( if i get any more surgery it will be a mini tummy tuck or hip implants if they become more popular like my doctor told me to do in the first place was get mini tummy tuck after i have more babies before i decided to waist my money on a bbl i should have went to salama or just used the money for my stomach i cant even believe this right now! but oh well i guess guess ill take it as a lost and wait a few years until i decide what i will do atleased i know now.....

Ok not happy at all my swelling is gone and...
Ok not happy at all my swelling is gone and honestly I feel like I look exactly how I looked before I gained the weight from the bbl I'm so disappointed I feel like I wasted my fiancés money but didnt tell him that and I'm trying to be positive but I still have no hips and my stomach still looks like I had a baby smh now I'm looking into getting a mini tummy tuck and figure out how I can get hips my ass was never the problem I just always wanted hips I was so excited at first but that's because of all the swelling gave me the illusion is be curvier I still look like a stick with boobs and a butt I'm so depressed smh I also now have to wait and see if I'm going to have another child before I get a mini tummy tuck guess u live and learn I don't know how I'm going to get hips now because I absolutely have no fat smh omg I'm so upset! I like Lacerna but I don't think bbl was good for me and or she did a good job in my opinion just on my body :( all this pain for nothing!

I too had a BBL that focused only on my hips. I made it clear to my doc, (Markmann) that if I didn't have a lot of fat, to put it ALL in my hips. That's exactly what he did. I wound up getting 350 ccs per hip, which is not a lot for the butt, but it is a lot for the hips. Even with tat, i'll only get about a 2 inch gain, at most. The thing is, if you naturally have a narrow pelvis, there is no way that you can go from 34 inch hips to 42 inch hips with a BBL. If the surgeon promised you that, she was not being honest. Because of the anatomy and musculature of the hips, doctors are somewhat limited to the amount of fat that can be put directly into that area. If you notice, Salama rarely puts more than 200ccs into the hips. Don't feel bad! You had a great figure before! You're still swollen. And, if your waist shrinks to 24 and your hips are 35 or 36, you'll be a true hourglass. An hourglass has a hip and bust measurement that is the SAME. A 24 inch waist and 42 inch hips is not an hourglass. It is a pear. This is a common misconception on these boards.
Swelling normally lasts for about 3 months.

Hey ladies wanted to check in feeling much better, appetite has come back more, my weight is going from 134-132 lbs so in a few months ill probably be back my regular weight 120-125lbs. Overall im okay with the results the swelling gave me the illusion i had curvier hips but she didn't add any hips at all I didn't have enough fat to work with. What she did is filled in my dents on the sides of my cheeks which gave me a fuller back side, she took off the little fat I had in my lower back so really all the fat i had was in my stomach = / so my body hasn't changed at all in fact the only big difference I see is the stomach and my butt just looks higher lol. Ill admit i thought i'd have wider hips but im greatful for what she did, she was honest from the gate and told me i didn't have very much to work with and that my body would just look more toned. Ill just have to live with and embrace the fact I am a petite women with a tiny frame all BOOBS and ALL BUTT, im happy my stomach looks almost as flat as it did before my son with no tummy tuck.... I hope i've answered all your questions =) maybe after a few babies and age ill gain more weight and have it done again if I can lol but for now im okay with it! we'll see what happens after a year...
