Love my results. But do have some complaints.

First of all, Dr Salama did an amazing job. I am 100% happy with my results so far. My only complaints are the day of surgery I had a nurse who didn't speak english. I was put in a room with TV and sat there for 2 hours waiting for my turn. I just wish someone would have kept me updated or even given me a step by step on what was going to happen. I wasn't told anything. As you can imagine my nerves were really bad and it would have been nice to have someone tell me the plan or even how things would go that day. After I woke up I was immediately discharged, upon arriving at my airbnb we received a call saying I needed to come back that they forgot to give me the cell saver. We turned around and went back. I was wheeled in the same room but was kept in a wheel chair while they hooked me back up to IV for cell saver. When I got out the wheel chair to get back in my car I was soaked in blood. I made it home and back and was completly dry. I had 3 drains. After sitting in the wheel chair for the transfer I was completly soaked. Which makes me think the cell saver that I paid $500 for was completely useless at that point. Maybe had I still been in recovery bed when I received it, it would have been better. My hemoglobin was a 7 the next morning. I tried voicing my concern about the incident but was pretty much ignored. Again, Dr Salama was amazing. The anesthesiologist, Alex was amazing. I didn't meet my coordinator, I'm not sure if they typically come introduce themselves or not. The office was very clean and overall I am very happy with my experience. Just a couple things I wish would have been better.
