I had a complete tummy tuck done at the Massachusetts General Hospital - Plastic Surgery Residency Clinic. I am thrilled with my results and highly recommend anyone that is considering a tummy tuck but money is an issue to consider a residency clinic. I received TOP NOTCH care and am very thrilled!
I am a redhead and was very concerned with the scarring (I tend to scar easily) and Dr. Kirkham took the time to really listen to my concerns. He positioned my scar very low (lower than my c-section scars) and the scarring is symmetrical, not jagged, no dog ears, and I didn't have any problems with wound healing or incisions opening up. You do stay overnight for this procedure and the cost includes the pre-op the surgery and the post-op appointments.
