29 Years Old 5 7" 127 Lbs - Boston, MA

After many years of waiting and saving money, Im so glad I finally did this for myself. I was always flat chested and never able to fill out any tops or bras. I thought I would be a late bloomer and waited but still nothing happened in my mid 20s. Wishful thinking. Not one person in my family has small breasts, so I thought I would eventually grow! I stayed the same size from age 14 and on, which was a 32A/ very small B. I'm not sure I even knew an actual size because all my bras were so padded. Since I considered having a BA done for so many years I did a lot of research. Over three years I visited a few doctors and had consultations, but never felt comfortable, and knew it wasn't the right fit. Then I found Dr. Darrow and I knew right away! He is personable and makes you feel comfortable, he answered all my questions and was willing to go over any and all my concerns . It is apparent he really cares about his patients and wants them to feel at ease, since having surgery is not an easy decision. Even though I had nerves going into surgery(as anyone does) I was completely confident in Dr. Darrow's hands. My boyfriend was hesitant about the surgery from the beginning, it made him nervous and he didn't think it was something that I needed to, but knew how much I really wanted to feel feminine. He was also the one that took care of me post op. After he met Dr. Darrow he was on board and even quizzed me about his background! He did his research and knew I had chosen the best doctor. His assistant Helen always makes herself available for any questions, and is very sweet! The nurses were also great! Dr Darrow called to check up on me, as did the nurses, and I really felt taken care of!
My only regret is not having gone bigger. I feel I could have given my height but given my dimensions it seemed the best choice for me as I did not want to go bigger and end up with health issues or a bad aesthetic result. Also, I had NO bruising afterward and minimal swelling. I went from a 32a to a 32c 355cc sientra
