Cleared for all activities!
I'm cleared to return to my usual activities! I set today as day 1 of my fitness and weight loss challenge. I quickly discovered I may not be ready for anything with too much bouncing. I'm back to the gym tomorrow to use some Personal Training Sessions I've had ... I may need to strap these puppies down. :)
Feeling Great
I am in week 2 of yoga and feeling great. I do feel a bit of pulling and movement occasionally but that is starting to get better as well. I've started walking on the treadmill and can't wait to officially be cleared to work out without restrictions!
I'm slowly getting out of those surgical bras - although I admit I don't always like having a regular bra on now. After a full day, I start to feel uncomfortable. I did clean out my old bra's and made room for the new ones. I know my size will still change a bit over time but for now I am making the most of it!

Back to the gym!
Last night I headed back to the gym. I was cleared last week for light workouts. I'm a runner and worked out with a personal trainer twice a week. In eager to get back to that but know I am a few weeks off yet.
I started back with a beginner Yoga class which was great. My arms and shoulders have been so tight aince the surgery!
It was also my first time out of the surgical type bra and that also felt amazing! ;)
