54 Year Old Loss of Volume. 250 Silicone Implants. Bethesda, MD

I first met Dr. Richards when I was in my late thirties. He performed an s-lift and cheek implants for me then and I was so happy withs the results that i went back to see him for some botox and fillers late 2014. I had been bothered by my breasts for the last five years or so since I had experienced a loss of upper volume. It was hard to find a bra that would fit properly without using silicone lifts under my breasts and I hated the way they felt against my chest. Without really planning on it, I asked Dr. Richards for a consultation. I thought I needed a lift and implants and I was very happily surprised when he told me that I didn't need a lift and that implants alone would provide fullness and the lift I was seeking. Knowing what an artist he is and and trusting his experience and opinion, I booked my surgery that day. I am currently seven weeks out from surgery and couldn't wait to report here how happy I am. My be presses are beautiful again and I feel more confident in all my clothes and certainly without them. I am married and must add that this surgery was for me. My husband loved my breasts before and loves them now. My recovery went very smoothly. This surgery is not pain free, but by week four, I was swimming, going to the gym, doing light exercise and feeling myself. My breasts are perfectly symetrical and soft. I can go bra less for the first time in many years. Dr. Franklin and his staff are friendly and professional. I think it's important to add my thoughts about it being a good idea to ask Dr. Richards his opinions about the choices that are offered. He is a master of his craft and has an amazing eye for what your outcome will be. I traveled from Richmond to have Dr. Richards do my surgery. I highly recommend him.
