Had several areas of concern as I have had skin cancer. Basil cell diameter of eraser above left brow has given me a brow and lid lift on 1 side. Demo at of forearm raised pigment now have 3" raised scar and a soft grape bump at end. Margins not ok. Lesion removal left above brow brow lift unilater.

Interaction went well with surgeon and P.A.. I should have asked more about the plan of tx for each. Follow up 7/8/15 I expressed my concerns. Reassured of improvement. Paid 500$ for Botox to help symmetry 1wk before son's wedding. Was recommended.
