After years of taking care of everybody but myself, I decided to get my lower face and neck lifted and a full face laser for my ruddy complexion. The sister of a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Richards and I'm so glad she did.
My result is a very natural appearance and I am thrilled with my neck area which was becoming a real problem spot for me. It seemed as though each month brought additional sagging. Dr. Richards set realistic expectations for me right from the start. He told me what would look 100% better versus what would look 50% or 80% better. He answered all my questions in a thoughtful way regarding pain (very little) length of recovery (about 2 weeks) scars (none) and follow up. His office staff is very helpful and pleasant. I am so pleased with my results and am planning on getting my C-Section scar taken care of in the next couple of months. I highly recommend Dr. Richards. You won't be disappointed!
