back at the gym 4 weeks post surgery
Hey everyone! So it's now been 4 and half weeks since the big day and I'm feeling soooo normal! I love going to body combat and body pump 4-5 times a week and have missed these so much!
Well I know I can't do those classes yet but I went back to the gym this week and did some spinning classes. My stamina is awful but it feels great to be getting back to my old life :)
