My weight has yo-yo'd all my life. By the end of high school I settled in at a comfortable size 7 (with strict diet). Worked a few jobs started my own business for a while saving up. But going away to college, in another state, made blow up to a size 22. In the last year from the months if Feb-August I've lost enough weight to bring me down to a size 14. I have came home to stay for family reasons. Not sure if stress or change in environment or maybe a mix if a few factors, But my weight lost has leveled out. Not to mention I'm exhausted from working so hard no results since August. I felt I need a boost that only a tummy tuck can give me at this point. I work as an independent escort (I know for a big girl I do very well this can also help my business. Ps big girls are anyone over size 10), so I decided to have a consultation. I have never had kids and I don't plan on either. Let me rephrase that, I love kids I just don't have the desire to be a mother. So stretch marks are not my concern, besides from normal just been a fatty in the mid section half my life (I'm 27 now) scars, it's mainly about a complete look I am going for. I don't need my breasts done, I love my thighs and but (from the work outs) I'm just not getting the results in the mid section.
After doing hours of research looking at surgeons near and far I have been impressed with athenix the most. My main issues with other Drs were things like the scar placement ( many had them way above the panty line), or the scars looked huge and jagged (incision lines looked like cut with chain saw), as well as the final look right after and various post op stages.
Athenix has given me confidence that they are skilled professionals, also I did feel the pricing they gave me was very fair. I am just starting my business over after taking time off in college and I do not have the means for financing do my plan was to save up and have the surgery done sometime after April.
Well December is my birthday month and as we all know it's Christmas. I've been talking with my twin sister (non identical) out of state telling her how excited I am and how much I cannot wait. I can't seem to save fast enough. (I've put away about 1/4 the money in the past month)
So I get a call from my boyfriend that he and my sister are going to try and get financing for me so I can get the procedure done sooner then just make the monthly payments later. This excites me because being I big girl I can afford the payments of a minimum of 250 a month off top easy if not more.... Post op I'm sure I would be able to make payments double that easy.... If not more.
